Safe Living Care Services Ltd is a health and social care provider committed to delivering high-quality, flexible care services within people’s own homes, supported living environments and healthcare settings. We support individuals and families who require personal care, daily living assistance and ongoing support, as well as service users referred by healthcare professionals, local authorities, social workers and NHS Trusts. We aim to work collaboratively with all parties involved to ensure continuity, safety and positive outcomes.
