Care Support Worker

Provide person-centred care and practical support to individuals in their own homes or supported living settings. You’ll help with daily routines, wellbeing checks, meal preparation and companionship while promoting independence and dignity.

  • Record notes clearly and follow care plans

Senior Support Worker

Take a lead on shift, supporting service users and guiding colleagues to deliver safe, high-quality care. You’ll help ensure care plans are followed, support new staff and communicate effectively with families and professionals.

  • Support staff development and day-to-day coordination
  • Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting

Live-in Carer (24 Hour Care)

Provide consistent, around-the-clock support within a client’s home. You’ll assist with personal care, medication prompts, meals, mobility support and companionship — helping the client feel safe and comfortable in familiar surroundings.

Care Coordinator (Office-based)

Coordinate schedules, match carers to service users and support high-quality service delivery. You’ll communicate with families, professionals and staff to ensure care is organised, responsive and reliable.

  • Maintain records and communicate changes clearly
  • Contribute to quality assurance and compliance
